2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, you will be notified promptly.

4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are displayed in NGN, USD, and EUR where applicable.
• Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
• We accept payments via Verve, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), and PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery
• We deliver within Nigeria, the United States, and selected EU countries.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
• International deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
• Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are committed to fairness and quality. Please review the following carefully:

General Policy
• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We only accept exchanges in cases of defects or errors from our end.
• Issues must be reported within:
– 12 hours (Nigeria)
– 48 hours (International orders)
• Reports must include clear photos or videos as evidence.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify:
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
• All tags must be intact
• Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Items that fail inspection will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Inspection & Approval
• All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
• If approved, exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds
• Refund processing takes a minimum of 7 days (Nigeria) or up to 21 days (International).
• Nigerian customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.
• Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the error is from baeBronx → we cover return shipping.
• If the issue is based on customer preference (size, taste, etc.) → customer covers return shipping.
• Customs charges on returns remain the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process
• Approved returns will receive a return label via email.
• Customers may be required to drop off the package at the nearest courier location.
• Exchanges are processed only after the item is received and inspected.

Fair Use Policy
To maintain fairness:
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or wardrobing will be rejected.
• Rejected items can be sent back to the customer if re-shipping is paid within 14 days.
• Unclaimed items after this period may be discarded.

7. Sale Items & Order Cancellation
• Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product images, videos, and content remain the property of baeBronx.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
• Collaborations or commercial use require written approval.
• Violations may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
• Your personal information is used strictly for order processing and communication.
• We do not share customer data with third parties.
• All payments are processed through secure and trusted channels.

10. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver the best experience, baeBronx is not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled within Nigerian courts.
